Trading Platforms Enterprise Software Architect (Fintech): Designing and building architecture around MetaQuotes MT4 and MT5 trading platforms with an accent on platform integrations, security, observability, and high availability. Focus on preparing Windows applications for Kubernetes and Amazon EKS, developing production code and shared libraries, and integrating liquidity and price-feed systems in regulated trading environments.
Location: Larnaca, Cyprus; hybrid work model with 2 days working from home

What you will do
- Own end-to-end architecture for applications built on and around MetaQuotes MT4 and MT5 trading servers.
- Define software design, development, security, and observability standards for live trading platforms.
- Design integrations between trading servers and the wider estate, including liquidity and price-feed systems such as PrimeXM.
- Prepare platform applications for containers, Kubernetes, and Amazon EKS as part of the modernization roadmap.
- Write production code, shared libraries, and proofs of concept for platform applications.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders while mentoring engineers and supporting controlled platform changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, including several years architecting software for a live electronic trading platform.
- Fluent English is required; applicants must submit resumes in English.
- Deep knowledge of the MetaQuotes MT4/MT5 ecosystem, including the Manager API.
- Expert C# and .NET, strong C++ for plugin development, and advanced SQL skills.
- Experience with distributed systems, concurrency, high availability, liquidity and price-feed integration, and regulated-broker requirements including CySEC and MiFID II. Applicants must be eligible or legally authorized to work in Cyprus.

- Experience designing Windows applications for Kubernetes or Amazon EKS.
