Enterprise Cloud Architect (AWS): Defining AWS target architecture, landing zones, security controls, resilience patterns, and cost standards for compliant cloud adoption with an accent on multi-account design, infrastructure-as-code guardrails, and regulated financial environments. Focus on building reference implementations, designing multi-AZ and multi-region recovery architectures, and translating complex business requirements into scalable cloud solutions.
Location: Hybrid role based in Larnaca, Cyprus, with 2 days working from home

What you will do
- Own AWS target architecture, including account structures, landing zones, identity, and environment boundaries.
- Define workload patterns and automated infrastructure-as-code guardrails for compliant cloud provisioning.
- Design cloud security, resilience, disaster recovery, multi-AZ, and multi-region architectures.
- Review high-impact cloud designs, estimate operating costs, and provide architecture recommendations.
- Set cost allocation and tagging standards with FinOps and design for cost efficiency.
- Build reference implementations and golden paths while collaborating with architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of cloud engineering or architecture experience with production-scale AWS environments.
- Fluent English is required; applicants must submit their resumes in English.
- Expertise in AWS Organizations, landing zones, IAM, and multi-account security.
- Strong infrastructure-as-code experience; AWS CDK is advantageous, along with experience enforcing provisioning standards.
- Deep knowledge of AWS container platforms, including Kubernetes and Amazon EKS, plus cloud cost, resilience, and regulated-finance security controls.
Nice to have
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional certification or equivalent demonstrable experience.
- Additional language skills.
