Lead Enterprise Solutions Architect (Fintech): Leading enterprise solution architecture, architecture governance, and cross-domain design reviews for a global multi-asset trading platform with an accent on distributed systems, integrations, data architecture, and scalable cloud infrastructure. Focus on developing Enterprise Solutions Architects, approving complex designs, and solving portfolio-level build-versus-buy, cost, and non-functional requirements challenges.
Location: Larnaca, Cyprus; hybrid work model with 2 days working from home.

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end architecture review process, including intake, prioritization, turnaround targets, and recorded decisions.
- Lead and develop Enterprise Solutions Architects across initiatives and IT verticals.
- Chair cross-domain architecture reviews and approve designs against architecture standards.
- Maintain solution design standards, Architecture Decision Records, pattern libraries, and exception registers.
- Personally design the largest, most cross-cutting, and most contested initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into robust, scalable solutions with architects, engineering teams, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 14+ years of hands-on engineering and architecture experience, including 4+ years in an architecture role and experience leading architects.
- Fluent English is required; resumes must be submitted in English.
- Experience operating an architecture review or design authority accepted by delivery teams.
- Expertise in distributed systems, integration architecture, non-functional requirements, and SQL and NoSQL data architecture.
- Strong understanding of AWS, containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD, portfolio-level costing, and vendor or build-versus-buy evaluations.

- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional certification or equivalent experience.
