TL;DR
Enterprise Network Architect (AWS): Defining and implementing enterprise network architecture across on-premises infrastructure, AWS, offices, data centers, edge networks, and trading-server connectivity with an accent on resilience, security, and high availability. Focus on designing routing, segmentation, firewall, VPN, ZTNA, and cloud networking standards, while automating reusable configurations and validating hybrid network patterns.
Location: Larnaca, Cyprus; hybrid work model with 2 days working from home.

What you will do
- Own the target network architecture and roadmap across offices, data centers, AWS, and hybrid connectivity.
- Define standards and reference designs for segmentation, routing and switching, firewall policies, VPN, ZTNA, DNS, DHCP, IPAM, and wireless networks.
- Design AWS networking across VPCs, routing, inter-account connectivity, network firewalls, and private DNS.
- Develop network resilience and security standards for trading-server connectivity.
- Encode standards into reusable patterns, configuration baselines, and automated checks.
- Prototype network patterns, validate them hands-on, train network teams, and collaborate with architects and engineering stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in network engineering and architecture, including enterprise-scale, high-availability networks.
- Fluent English required; resumes must be submitted in English.
- Deep knowledge of routing and switching, TCP/IP, VLANs, VRFs, ACLs, and network segmentation.
- Hands-on experience with FortiGate or Palo Alto firewalls, VPNs, and Cisco or Juniper routing and switching.
- Applicants must be eligible or legally authorized to work in Cyprus.
Nice to have
- Experience with Cloudflare, Cisco CCNP or CCIE certification, and AWS Certified Advanced Networking – Specialty certification.
- Experience with network automation, scripting, infrastructure as code, monitoring, and observability tools.
- Additional language skills.
