Solution Engineer (AI)

Location: Paris, France; hybrid work with remote work possible two days per week.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise RFPs, technical demonstrations, and proofs of concept.
• Analyze customer workflows and design efficient, ROI-driven AI architectures.
• Integrate Kili into complex customer ML and AI pipelines.
• Manage the transition from pre-sales to post-sales delivery and technical onboarding.
• Build internal tools and automated workflows using LLMs and agentic AI frameworks.
• Translate customer challenges into structured feedback for product and R&D teams.

Requirements

• Significant experience in a hybrid technical and business role such as Solution Engineer, TAM, Forward Deployed Engineer, or a technical Founder-Associate/Ops role.
• Ability to communicate complex technical capabilities as business value, profitability, and cost savings.
• Academic background in computer science, data science, machine learning, or a related field.
• Ability to write scripts, work with APIs, and build automations using Python and API integrations.
• Professional proficiency in both English and French is required.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with LLM applications, GenAI tools, or agentic frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, Make, or n8n.
• Knowledge of computer vision, NLP, or data labeling workflows.
• A degree combining technology and business or management.

Hiring process

• 30-minute discovery interview with the Head of People or Talent Partner.
• 30-minute interview with the CEO, followed by a one-hour business case presentation to the CEO and CTO.
• 30-minute final interview with the co-founder.
