Senior AI Scientist

What you will do

• Develop AI features on top of hirify.global’s deterministic, auditable computation engine and data visualization capabilities.
• Build and refine production features for an actively used business planning product.
• Program in Python and contribute to production code from experimentation through deployment.
• Run experiments and benchmarks to evaluate models and architectures.
• Research advances in agentic architectures, NLP, and large language models and apply relevant techniques.

Requirements

• MS or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong Python programming skills and experience with machine learning and generative AI libraries such as LangChain, LangGraph, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience evaluating, fine-tuning, or training pre-trained models.
• Experience with agentic architectures and building complex products on top of LLMs.
• Experience with LLM- or deep-learning-based tabular data understanding, including spreadsheet interpretation, schema inference, or table representation learning.
• Knowledge of state-of-the-art deep learning forecasting models for time series prediction and the ability to communicate complex AI and mathematical concepts clearly.
