Branch Manager (Fintech)

Location: Orangeburg, South Carolina, United States. Full-time, in-person branch role with flexible hours, including up to two Saturdays per month.

What you will do

• Consult with customers about financial goals and recommend suitable loan solutions.
• Manage branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Train, coach, motivate, and support the career development of branch employees.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers and maintain a high level of service.
• Manage collection activities, including consultations regarding past-due loan payments.
• Drive branch performance, business results, and profitability.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Current or previous experience with hirify.global or a similar consumer lending organization.
• Experience in a goal-oriented sales environment and in leading or coaching a team.
• Ability to multitask and achieve challenging goals.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• General knowledge of lending processes, collections practices, accounting, and applicable industry rules, plus compliance with state-specific licensing, certification, and training requirements.

• Typical office hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
