Branch Manager (Retail Banking)

Location: In-office role based in West Ocean City and Mt. Vernon, Maryland, United States

Base salary: $70,125–$116,875 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead all aspects of branch performance, revenue growth, customer loyalty, and financial results.
• Drive consultative sales, consumer and business relationship growth, and community-based business development.
• Deliver a differentiated customer experience across technology-enabled and omnichannel interactions.
• Attract, onboard, coach, retain, and develop branch team members while managing performance expectations.
• Manage operational, human capital, reputational, sales-practice, and regulatory risk.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to provide integrated banking solutions.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or product knowledge.
• Knowledge of branch banking services, sales management, customer experience, and client counseling.
• Experience with people management, decision-making, effective communication, and managing multiple priorities.
• Foundational understanding of balance sheets and income statements.
• Must work in the office; this position is based in Maryland, United States.
