Onboarding Specialist - UK (SaaS)

Location: UK; hybrid role with regular onsite customer visits across the UK

What you will do

• Manage customer onboarding projects from initial scoping through go-live.
• Deliver remote and onsite training to veterinary professionals across the UK.
• Configure and customise Provet for individual clinical workflows.
• Advise customers on best practices and efficient software use.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across independent practices, mid-market groups, and enterprise accounts.
• Work cross-functionally to resolve issues, ensure smooth delivery, and share knowledge with colleagues.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK and have the right to work in the UK.
• Must be prepared to travel regularly for onsite customer visits across the UK.
• Experience in project or change management, ideally in a SaaS or software environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
• Strong ownership, resilience, organisation, attention to detail, and a solutions-focused mindset.
• Experience in a fast-growing global SaaS company is preferred; veterinary experience is a strong advantage.
