Senior Customer Success Manager (UK) (Cybersecurity)

Location: United Kingdom; remote-first role with travel across Europe of up to 30%

What you will do

• Serve as the primary post-sales contact for customers in Europe.
• Lead onboarding, implementation, adoption, and value realization for hirify.global solutions.
• Define success criteria with customers and conduct regular business reviews.
• Manage renewals, retention efforts, customer health metrics, and expansion opportunities.
• Represent customer feedback internally to Product, Engineering, Sales, Professional Services, and Support.
• Proactively escalate issues and create recovery plans for at-risk accounts; travel across the region as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles in cybersecurity, enterprise SaaS, or industrial sectors.
• Experience managing complex customer relationships and influencing key stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with industrial control systems, OT security, or critical infrastructure environments is strongly preferred.
• Experience working with European clients and understanding regional business practices and cultures.
• Comfort working independently and across time zones in a remote-first environment.
