Warehouse Supervisor

Location: On-site in Montgomery, New York, United States

Salary: $67,000–$101,000 annual, with bonus and/or incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Administer daily warehouse operations, including receiving, processing, packaging, storage, shipping, and reporting.
• Direct, supervise, assign, and review the work of warehouse employees.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and audit goods received into the warehouse.
• Monitor productivity, quality, safety, overtime, space utilization, and equipment protection.
• Coach and mentor employees and provide input into hiring, termination, and performance reviews.
• Complete required paperwork and collaborate with customer service to resolve warehouse issues.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring, and training staff.
• At least 3 years of warehouse experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to sit, walk, or stand for prolonged periods.
• Associate’s degree is a plus.
