Distribution Supervisor (Logistics)

Location: Dayton, Minnesota, United States; onsite distribution center role. The regular shift is Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM, changing in Q1 to Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM–2:00 AM.

Base compensation range: $62,900–$116,900 per year, with potential eligibility for annual incentives.

What you will do

• Own day-to-day production activities within the distribution center.
• Supervise warehouse employees, including hiring, training, development, performance management, time and attendance, and progressive discipline.
• Monitor daily performance using process-center communication boards.
• Develop and implement current- and future-state value stream maps and continuous improvement plans.
• Support new process and product development and implementation.
• Drive Lean-based waste reduction, employee problem solving, operational change, and workplace safety.

Requirements

• Ideally 5+ years of distribution experience.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts.
• Strong systems knowledge; experience with JDE, AS400, or Oracle is helpful.
• Ability to work in both office and warehouse environments and bend, squat, reach overhead, climb stairs and ladders, and lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
