Senior Manager Rollover Excellence (GS1)

Location: Hybrid role based at the Chicago Commercial Center, with an additional location at the Neenah - West R&E Office, United States.

Salary: $173,400–$214,200 USD annually for US locations; target bonus eligibility and benefits are also included.

What you will do

• Lead the North America rollover center of excellence and serve as the subject-matter authority for GS1 standards, governance, industry requirements, and emerging changes.
• Design standardized end-to-end rollover processes, tools, decision frameworks, and governance models.
• Embed rollover strategy and optimization earlier in product development and business planning.
• Maintain cross-functional playbooks and build organizational capability in product transitions and GS1 standards.
• Partner with Brand, Supply Chain, Customer Development, RGM, Product Development, Sales, and external partners to align priorities and support execution.
• Improve speed to market, reduce complexity and execution risk, and strengthen customer outcomes through continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Brand, Customer, Supply Chain, or related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, supply chain management, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs from strategy through execution with measurable business results.
• Experience developing governance models, decision frameworks, and executive reporting.
• Understanding of retail and customer execution, including retailer item setup and product transition requirements.
• Ability to influence senior leaders, drive organizational change, and align stakeholders without direct authority.
