Managed Services Transition Manager – Complex Programs

What you will do

• Lead complex client transitions from mobilization and knowledge transfer through readiness, cutover, go-live, stabilization, and steady-state handoff.
• Build integrated transition plans covering waves, milestones, dependencies, decision gates, scope, resources, and risks.
• Coordinate client stakeholders, delivery, technology, workforce, training, functional, incumbent-provider, and third-party teams.
• Validate the operating model, staffing, workflows, controls, technology, data, and client dependencies before service launch.
• Lead knowledge capture, process walkthroughs, shadowing, reverse shadowing, training, OJT, competency validation, and readiness assessments.
• Establish governance, reporting, SLA/KPI/OLA baselines, stabilization plans, and formal operational acceptance.

Requirements

• Five or more years of experience in managed services, transition management, transformation, shared services, BPO, GBS, or complex operational programs.
• Experience leading large, multi-workstream transitions involving multiple stakeholders, functions, locations, and geographies.
• Strong experience with knowledge transfer, operational readiness, service rehearsal, cutover, stabilization, and steady-state service management.
• Ability to manage integrated plans, dependencies, scope, risks, executive governance, business continuity, controls, and compliance.
• Working knowledge of SLAs, KPIs, OLAs, controls, business continuity, and service-management disciplines.
• Work location: Dallas, Texas, United States.

Nice to have

• Experience transitioning Finance & Accounting, HR, payroll, application support, or other back-office functions.
• Experience with vendor-to-vendor transitions, global delivery, captive or shared-services migrations, carve-outs, or operating-model changes.
• Experience with technology-enabled, automated, or AI-enabled operating environments.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Six Sigma, or relevant service-management certification.
