What you will do

• Establish and manage an integrated portfolio of strategic commercial and customer journey initiatives.
• Develop governance, intake, prioritization, planning, and portfolio management frameworks.
• Provide executive-level reporting and fact-based recommendations on sequencing, investments, risks, and trade-offs.
• Lead selected transformation programs across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partner Management, Product, Operations, IT, Data & Analytics, and AI.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies, milestones, decisions, stakeholder engagement, and organizational adoption.
• Measure business outcomes, conduct post-implementation reviews, and recommend acceleration, redesign, consolidation, or closure.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise PMO, strategy execution, commercial operations, management consulting, or complex program leadership.
• Strong experience in warehouse automation, logistics, 3PL, or related industries.
• Experience managing interconnected initiative portfolios in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Experience establishing governance, prioritization, executive reporting, and planning frameworks.
• Strong understanding of commercial organizations and their relationships with operations, product, data, and technology teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience, with strong facilitation, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
