Senior Technology Operations

Location: Crossman Respect Building, Sunnyvale, California, United States; onsite home office

Annual salary: $104,000–$202,000, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Lead program estimation and resource planning for technology projects with small to medium complexity.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, milestones, risks, dependencies, and corrective actions.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination meetings and communicate project health to stakeholders.
• Develop financial management plans, track expenditures, and forecast costs across multiple projects.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technology solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
• Apply best practices and emerging technology trends to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3 years of experience in project management, program management, program operations, or a related area; alternatively, 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with program estimation, risk assessment, mitigation, monitoring, control tools, and reporting.
• Strong business communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus.
• Experience with budgeting, financial management, and cost monitoring for multiple projects.
• Understanding of technology strategy and the ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant field and 2 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices.
