Human Resource Professional (Manufacturing)

Location: Warwick, Rhode Island, and Attleboro, Massachusetts, United States. This position supports both locations and is open only to applicants who qualify as U.S. Persons under applicable export-control regulations.

Salary: $80,000–$95,000 per year

What you will do

• Partner with site leaders on workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, talent development, promotions, change leadership, and organizational design.
• Provide hands-on HR support to improve working relationships, morale, productivity, and employee engagement.
• Advise leadership and use HR trends and metrics to inform programs, policies, and business decisions.
• Manage complex employee relations matters and conduct thorough, objective investigations.
• Provide performance-management guidance, including coaching, counseling, career development, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate on HR projects, process improvement, compliance, and functional excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Management.
• 5+ years of related Human Resources experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person, including U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.

Nice to have

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with HRIS systems, especially Workday.
