Salary: $90,000–$120,000 annual

hirify.global is hiring for a hands-on HR leadership role supporting a growing multi-site organization.

What you will do

• Lead HR operations across four New England locations supporting 200–300 employees.
• Partner with local leadership on employee relations, engagement, workforce planning, and organizational needs.
• Own recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll, timekeeping, training, and HR compliance.
• Advise on HR policies, employment practices, and employee relations matters.
• Develop scalable HR processes for organizational growth and integration of additional locations.
• Support a positive, engaged, and accountable workplace culture.

Requirements

• Strong HR generalist experience with end-to-end HR ownership.
• Experience with payroll processing is required.
• Experience with employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, compliance, and training.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and partner effectively with leaders at all levels.

Nice to have

• Manufacturing experience.
• Multi-site HR experience.
