About the Role

You will coordinate first-article bring-ups across mechanical, electrical, firmware, and technician disciplines. You will oversee benchtop and on-robot validation, document processes and results, respond to failures, drive root-cause analysis, and improve diagnostics and health checks.

Requirements

• Experience integrating custom mechatronic systems for real products
• Expertise in electrical engineering, firmware, controls, or mechanical engineering
• Communication skills
• Planning skills
• Hands-on technical integration experience

Responsibilities

• Coordinate first-article bring-ups across mechanical, electrical, firmware, and technician teams
• Build and oversee benchtop validation
• Plan and execute integration into the full robot stack and on-robot validation
• Develop and maintain integration-process documentation, test plans, and validation results
• Respond to on-robot failures and drive failure analysis and solutions
• Drive diagnostic needs for root-cause analysis and on-robot health checks
