Applications/Integration Engineer (Robotics)

Location: Savannah, United States; onsite role with domestic travel to deployment sites or hirify.global headquarters in Waltham

Salary: $115,000–$130,000 annually

hirify.global develops robotic systems, including the Atlas humanoid robot, for applications in automotive manufacturing.

What you will do

• Drive the transition of Atlas into production-level automotive manufacturing.
• Design data collection tasks, scenarios, success criteria, and curriculum for complex sequencing and assembly work.
• Create playbooks, execute Operational Level Testing and Factory Acceptance Testing, and coach robot pilots on data quality.
• Manage the onsite Atlas fleet, investigate hardware and software failures using logs, telemetry, and real-time code, and coordinate technical resolution.
• Own experiment queues, utilization and uptime, performance metrics, and reporting.
• Integrate Atlas with HMGMA and Glovis facilities, including network infrastructure, site architecture, and pilot deployment workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in field application engineering, systems engineering, or robotics operations.
• Proficiency with Linux, including Ubuntu command-line management, networking, and telemetry.
• Experience with JIRA and data-driven monitoring tools such as Tableau.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, or scripting for tool development, workflow automation, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to research scientists, executives, and daily operators.
