Consultant, Business Process Management (Wealth Management Automation)

Location: Chicago, IL, United States. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship.

Salary: $74,200–$126,200 USD per year, plus a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.

What you will do

• Assess current-state processes, identify optimization opportunities, perform gap and feasibility analyses, and develop sustainable automation strategies.
• Design, develop, test, implement, and support workflow and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, RPA, Kofax, and related technologies.
• Evaluate and implement AI-enabled solutions, including Microsoft Copilot Studio, intelligent agents, conversational automation, and generative AI.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, resources, governance, stakeholder engagement, and change management activities.
• Build executive dashboards, operational reporting, KPIs, and visualization solutions using Power BI, Excel, and related tools.
• Coordinate with Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, business leadership, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Information Systems, or a related field, or comparable education and experience.
• Typically 3+ years of relevant experience in automation development, business process improvement, operational transformation, analytics, or strategic initiatives.
• Experience designing and implementing solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience developing business intelligence and reporting solutions with Power BI and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, project management, stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
• U.S. work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI agents, virtual assistants, or generative AI solutions.
• ACCA or another relevant industry qualification.
