  • At least 4 years of experience leading, mentoring, or managing engineering teams.
  • Proven experience with thermal management, cooling strategies, heat sink integration, planar transformers, and multilayer PCB design for 400V to 1kV+ environments.
  • Proficiency with Altium Designer or Cadence Allegro and thermal simulation software.
  • Knowledge of IPC-2221, IPC-2152, UL 60950/62368, and related safety and manufacturing specifications.

Nice to have

  • Experience with FEA/CFD thermal simulation tools such as Ansys Icepak, Flotherm, or SolidWorks Flow Simulation.
  • Knowledge of insulated metal substrates and ceramic PCBs, including AlN and Al2O3.
  • Experience mitigating partial discharge and arcing risks in dense board and planar winding designs.
  • Background in automotive EV powertrains or renewable energy grid storage.
  • Understanding of EMC and EMI mitigation.

Culture & Benefits
