Materials & Inventory Manager (SAP/WM)

Location: Onsite Monday–Friday at N7650 County Rd LS, Sheboygan, Wisconsin, United States. Relocation options are available. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring new or transfer visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Salary: $89,800–$114,100 per year.

What you will do

• Lead, schedule, and develop Inventory Analysts, Cycle Counters, Business Analysts, and Material Coordinators.
• Maintain storage-location integrity and ensure accurate put-away, transfers, replenishment, staging, and dock-to-stock execution.
• Manage warehouse minimum and maximum levels, material consumption, and backflush processes.
• Oversee discrepancies, nonconforming and blocked materials, NCRs, and return-to-vendor transactions.
• Redesign and implement a Finance-aligned cycle count program in SAP to improve inventory accuracy and reduce reliance on annual physical inventories.
• Maintain material master data accuracy and ensure compliance with OSHA, company policies, safety standards, and audit requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations management, logistics, or a related field preferred; 10+ years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree.
• 5+ years of receiving, warehouse, or material coordination experience.
• 3–5 years of people management experience.
• 3 years of strong SAP WM experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and lean manufacturing principles, with strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, ability to analyze inventory discrepancies, and ability to stand, walk, work throughout the facility, lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, and use required PPE.
