Digital Consulting Senior Manager, Oracle Analytics

Location: Hybrid in Chicago, United States, with Toronto, Canada listed as another location; willingness to travel up to 50% is required.

Salary: $145,000–$190,000 annual base salary. Total estimated compensation, including annual incentive compensation, is $166,750–$237,500.

What you will do

• Lead Oracle Reporting and Analytics workstreams across enterprise transformations and targeted initiatives using OTBI, BI Publisher, FDI, and OAC.
• Manage client relationships, gather business requirements, and translate them into reporting, dashboard, and analytical solutions.
• Design and oversee dashboards, reports, scorecards, data visualizations, data integration, and data modeling.
• Advise on data quality, governance, security, and analytics best practices.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, deliverables, proposals, and solution presentations.
• Lead and mentor consultants and analysts while partnering with Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM, and EPM teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Oracle Analytics, business intelligence, or data and analytics consulting.
• 3+ years of experience leading consulting teams or managing client engagements.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Reporting, OTBI, BI Publisher, Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Oracle AI Data Lakehouse, data visualization, dashboard development, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Applications, including Financials, SCM, HCM, or EPM.
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills, with experience gathering requirements and developing analytical solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; willingness to travel up to 50% is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise Oracle Cloud transformation programs and project implementations.
• Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL, and cloud data platforms.
• Experience with Oracle SmartView, Financial Reporting Studio, AI accelerators, or Oracle Analytics certifications.
• Experience in higher education, healthcare, utilities, government, or commercial industries.
