Data Analyst (Power BI)

Location: Magog, Canada; hybrid work with 3 days per week at hirify.global's Magog research center

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions for Design-to-Manufacturing teams.
• Analyze requirements, prepare and clean data, identify trends, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Manage reporting data sources, including Data Lake environments, internal data warehouses, and external databases.
• Collaborate with process partners, process engineers, and business stakeholders to define analytics needs.
• Promote data governance, development standards, and continuous improvement within the citizen developer community.
• Provide Level 1 support, user training, and maintenance for reporting and analytics tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in business intelligence and data management.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English, with the ability to work in a multicultural and international environment.
• Collaborative communication style and the ability to build relationships across functions.
• Autonomy, motivation, adaptability, customer focus, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP systems.
• Experience in industrial procurement, direct procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, or a related business function.
