Corporate Counsel (AI/Technology Transactions)

Location: Irving, Texas, United States; full-time, in-office attendance required

Global publicly traded logistics company providing freight forwarding, customs brokerage, trucking, warehousing, distribution, and technology-based logistics solutions across six continents.

What you will do

• Draft, negotiate, and advise on SaaS, AI, developer, and other technology-related agreements.
• Advise internal clients on legal best practices, corporate requirements, and risk mitigation.
• Support technology vendor relationships and matters involving data privacy and cybersecurity.
• Partner with legal, procurement, and operations teams worldwide.
• Support litigation management, outside counsel management, and strategic Legal Department initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior legal and business stakeholders across legal disciplines and time zones.

Requirements

• JD and active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 7+ years of legal practice with deep experience in technology matters.
• Ability to manage multiple matters with different priorities in a lean, high-performing in-house environment.
• Excellent judgment, collaborative working style, and business-oriented approach.
• Full-time, in-office attendance in Irving, Texas is required.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check.

• Prior in-house legal experience.
