What you will do

  • Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
  • Evaluate AI-generated contract reviews and provide actionable expert feedback.
  • Develop grading criteria and evaluation frameworks for contract-related tasks.
  • Identify contractual risks and assess the accuracy of legal reasoning.
  • Collaborate with product and research teams to improve AI-driven legal solutions.

Requirements

  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • At least 3 years of in-house experience in technology transactions.
  • Experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
  • Excellent legal writing, communication, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to provide actionable feedback and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI, legal technology, or AI training projects.
  • Corporate law firm experience in M&A or private equity fund formation.
