Account Manager (Logistics)

Location: Scottsdale, Arizona, United States; must be able to commute to LAX buildings as needed

What you will do

• Manage existing accounts, strengthen customer relationships, and improve service satisfaction.
• Develop relationships across customer organizations and identify opportunities to grow business from existing accounts.
• Coordinate service issues, business reviews, account visits, proposals, and operational matters with internal departments.
• Maintain customer profiles and updates in the CRM, build territory maps, and coordinate weekly schedules.
• Provide system demonstrations and technical updates to accounts.
• Improve procedures, service delivery, invoicing, and payment processes while supporting collections when needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; university or equivalent business qualifications are preferred.
• At least 3 years of hirify.global or industry experience and proven business development experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require future employment visa sponsorship.
• Must be able to commute to the LAX buildings as needed.
• Fluent English, written and verbal, required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software, with strong organization, analytical, presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
