Supervisor - Maintenance

Salary: USD 68,500–106,900 annually

What you will do

• Supervise daily maintenance of production machinery, auxiliary manufacturing equipment, buildings, and grounds.
• Lead, coach, train, and manage maintenance technicians across different skill levels.
• Coordinate vendors and contractors working on facility and manufacturing equipment.
• Support advanced troubleshooting and repairs involving electrical, electronic, PLC, computer, software, hardware, and network systems.
• Maintain and improve the maintenance program using HxGN EAM and office software, analyzing equipment failures to optimize schedules and downtime.
• Partner with leadership, Human Resources, and operations to support safety, compliance, employee relations, budgets, and department objectives.

Requirements

• At least two years of supervisory experience and experience maintaining high-speed automated industrial machinery.
• Advanced troubleshooting and repair knowledge covering 24V DC to 480V AC electrical systems, PLC inputs and outputs, electronics, computers, software, hardware, and networking.
• Associate’s degree in a technical field or equivalent manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, leadership, communication, and computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Technical knowledge of building maintenance and repairs.
