SVP, Head of Identity & Access Management (Cybersecurity)

Location: Fort Mill/Charlotte, United States; other locations include New York, NY and Austin, TX.

Salary: $212,695–$354,423 per year.

What you will do

• Lead the enterprise Identity & Access Management strategy, roadmap, governance, operations, and risk management.
• Oversee Identity Governance and Administration, provisioning, deprovisioning, access certification, role management, and segregation-of-duties controls.
• Direct IAM engineering, production support, platform operations, authentication services, federation, directory services, and Single Sign-On capabilities.
• Modernize identity platforms including Ping Identity, ForgeRock, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID using Zero Trust, automation, and cloud identity principles.
• Strengthen privileged access management, least-privilege controls, monitoring, disaster recovery, high availability, and business continuity.
• Lead a geographically dispersed organization while managing budgets, vendors, workforce planning, succession, and strategic investments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in cybersecurity, identity management, or enterprise technology.
• 8+ years leading large-scale IAM, cybersecurity, or security engineering organizations.
• Deep expertise in IGA, PAM, SSO, MFA, federation, authentication platforms, directory services, and cloud identity technologies.
• Experience leading enterprise transformation and modernization programs and managing large, geographically dispersed technical organizations.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, wealth management, banking, brokerage, or another highly regulated industry.
• Experience with CyberArk or related identity technologies.
• Master’s degree or certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CGEIT.
