Principal Engineer (S) - Identity and Access Management (AI)

What you will do

• Set the technical direction for enterprise Identity and Access Management across human identities, non-human identities, AI agents, APIs, workloads, and autonomous platforms.
• Define scalable architectures, secure-by-default patterns, governance frameworks, and reusable identity services.
• Design controls for agent provisioning, authorization boundaries, delegated authority, accountability, auditability, and decommissioning.
• Advance adaptive authentication, risk-based access decisions, privileged access, identity governance, and continuous trust.
• Build AI-driven monitoring and detection for anomalous behavior across agents, machine identities, and autonomous workflows.
• Influence security roadmaps, mentor engineering leaders, and partner with product, engineering, infrastructure, cyber defense, data, and architecture teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in security engineering or a related field.
• Experience defining and executing enterprise security strategy.
• Deep knowledge of modern threats, attack techniques, and detection engineering.
• Experience with threat modeling, incident response, and security operations.
• Ability to influence technical and executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agentic AI, AI agents, machine identities, non-human identities, autonomous systems, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Experience creating governance, authorization, accountability, and trust models for autonomous actors.
• Knowledge of OWASP LLM Top 10 and MITRE ATLAS.
• Experience evaluating security protocols and patterns for enterprise fit, risk, operability, and adoption at scale.
