• Review and assess business opportunities, transformation ideas, and requests.
• hirify.globalrify business problems, expected value, stakeholders, dependencies, risks, and decision requirements.
• Support business case readiness, roadmap planning, prioritization, governance, and investment discussions.
• Assess change impacts, readiness needs, communication requirements, resistance themes, and adoption risks.
• Develop and maintain stakeholder impact assessments, communication plans, readiness plans, training materials, adoption tracking, status updates, and decision logs.
• Track opportunities through the navigation process and recommend improvements to visibility, alignment, readiness, adoption, and execution handoffs.

hirify.globalss="requirements">Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted instead. Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 4 years of professional services or public accounting experience required.
• Strong business acumen and knowledge of transformation, intake, governance, prioritization, business case, roadmap, portfolio, or change management processes.
• Ability to assess change impacts, identify stakeholder and adoption needs, and work effectively through ambiguity.
• Ability to identify risks, dependencies, gaps, open decisions, and change-related impacts.
• Advanced knowledge of hirify.global processes is preferred.
