Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Define and execute the strategy, roadmap, and delivery plan for the Unified Proposition.
• Develop an integrated, full-stack commerce offering for target verticals and value segments.
• Evaluate build, buy, or borrow opportunities for third-party products and solutions.
• Define capabilities, requirements, and customer journeys for seamless omnichannel experiences.
• Align Product, Engineering, Commercial, Partnerships, and Architecture teams around roadmap execution.
• Establish target-state architecture and migration strategies for a simpler, consistent payments ecosystem.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of omnichannel commerce, payment acceptance, POS ecosystems, APIs, developer platforms, and merchant solution architectures.
• Experience developing product strategies, prioritising investments, and translating customer, commercial, and technical requirements into roadmaps.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Commercial, Architecture, Partnerships, and Operations.
• Strong problem-solving, innovative thinking, ownership, and client-focused communication skills.
• Interest in payment products and the wider payments industry, with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Nice to have

• Experience in payments, fintech, acquiring, POS, unified commerce, or retail technology.
• Knowledge of terminal management, tokenisation, digital wallets, value-added services, and omnichannel commerce journeys.
• Experience managing product portfolios across multiple markets and balancing regional requirements with global platform standardisation.
• Familiarity with embedded payments, agentic commerce, customer tokenisation, and unified merchant experiences.
