Senior Product Manager (US Payments)

Location: Old Street, London, with in-office work 4 days per week

hirify.global is a regulated payments automation platform that helps businesses manage payroll, supplier payments, spend management, and payment collection through a single platform.

What you will do

• Solve complex business problems end to end by speaking with customers, working with engineers, and collaborating with operations.
• Define product vision and strategy with the leadership team and own the roadmap.
• Drive delivery by collaborating on API design and integration patterns while balancing features, technical debt, and support requests.
• Act as the voice of early customers, helping unblock implementations and representing customer needs across the business.
• Support product sales and packaging with commercial and marketing teams.
• Manage relationships with key payment partners and ensure product alignment.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in business analysis and/or technical product development.
• Experience building payments products, preferably involving payment schemes or gateways.
• Strong analytical, commercial, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience driving cross-functional change and working with external stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong work ethic, and focus on solutions and outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience with US payment rails such as ACH/NACHA, FedWire, RTP, or FedNow.
• Experience working with bank partners.
