Chief of Staff, Digital & Product

Location: United States — Remote

Base salary: $161,532–$242,298 per year, with potential annual incentive and long-term incentives.

What you will do

• Act as a trusted thought partner and extension of the Chief Digital and Product Officer.
• Own high-priority initiatives from definition through execution, translating strategy into decisions, actions, owners, and milestones.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, product opportunities, partnerships, and strategic priorities.
• Develop business cases, strategic recommendations, investment theses, and implementation roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional alignment, clarify decision rights, resolve obstacles, and build coalitions across the organization.
• Track dependencies, risks, decisions, accountability, and measurable outcomes through implementation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in strategy, technology, product, engineering, operations, consulting, business development, or similarly complex environments.
• Experience working closely with senior executives such as a CTO, Chief Digital Officer, Chief Product Officer, CEO, or business unit president.
• Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, quickly understand unfamiliar subjects, and translate complexity into clear recommendations.
• Strong business judgment, analytical ability, written and verbal communication, and influence without direct authority.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, economics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

Nice to have

• Experience launching products, businesses, technologies, or organizational capabilities.
• Experience evaluating emerging technologies and applying them to practical business needs.
• Experience with strategic partnerships, investment decisions, M&A, or technology diligence.
• Experience in decentralized or matrixed organizations.
• Technical or engineering background, or an advanced degree such as an MBA or M.S.
