Human Resource Intern - Summer 2027

Location: Jacksonville, Florida, United States; 40 hours per week in-office

What you will do

• Support HR projects across Total Rewards, Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partners.
• Provide administrative support for training sessions, meetings, and interview scheduling.
• Update candidate records in Paycor Recruiting and organize HR data.
• Research HR topics and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Participate in a 12-week group innovation project and structured professional development activities.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program during the internship, or an undergraduate, graduate, or May/Spring graduate student.
• Must be a junior or senior by credit hours.
• Available to work 40 hours per week in-office in Jacksonville, Florida.
• Eligible to work in the United States for any employer without future sponsorship.
• Interest in process improvement and demonstrated leadership skills.
