Onsite Manager

Location: Harborside, NJ, United States; onsite full-time. Approximately 10% local travel is expected.

Salary: $67,000–$72,000 annually plus bonuses.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary onsite partner for the client, hiring managers, client leadership, and temporary workforce.
• Manage daily workforce operations, including attendance, absences, injuries, transfers, timekeeping, and requisitions.
• Support recruiting activities, develop sourcing strategies, conduct interviews, and help achieve weekly hiring targets.
• Coordinate onboarding, I-9 documentation, background checks, workforce administration, and compliance activities.
• Build client partnerships, resolve operational issues, and identify opportunities to improve workforce performance and employee experience.
• Develop scalable processes, best practices, reporting, and operational efficiencies for a growing contingent workforce.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in staffing, workforce management, onsite account management, branch operations, or a related client-facing operations role.
• Experience with staffing or recruiting, preferably supporting temporary or contingent workforces.
• Experience managing employee onboarding, compliance, workforce administration, and multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, relationship-building, and client-management skills.
• Ability to work onsite full-time in Harborside, NJ and partner directly with client leadership.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting 75+ hourly or contingent associates.
• Previous onsite staffing, MSP, RPO, strategic account management, or branch management experience.
• Experience with employee relations, attendance, performance coaching, operational process improvement, KPIs, service levels, or compliance metrics.
• Leadership, people management, coaching, or mentoring experience.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for training or business needs.
