Senior Event Manager, Incentive Travel

Location: Must be based in California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, or Wisconsin. Candidates local to an hirify.global office are expected to work a hybrid schedule; candidates outside commuting distance may work remotely. The role includes travel for site visits and onsite program management approximately 25–30% of the time.

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead mid- to large-scale corporate incentive travel programs, recognition experiences, President's Club trips, and events from kickoff through final reconciliation.
• Act as the primary client contact, facilitate planning discussions, present recommendations, and advise on program strategy, destinations, and event design.
• Plan destinations, hotels, venues, transportation, excursions, activities, gifting, registration, food and beverage, and attendee communications.
• Coordinate internal teams, hotels, destination management companies, transportation providers, and other suppliers.
• Manage supplier negotiations, contracts, program timelines, budgets, forecasts, financial reporting, billing, and reconciliation.
• Lead onsite execution, post-event debriefs, participant feedback analysis, and process improvements.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience managing incentive travel programs, meetings, events, hospitality, or related client-facing experiences.
• Experience leading complex programs with multiple stakeholders, suppliers, and moving parts.
• Experience managing program budgets, financial reconciliation, supplier negotiations, and contracts.
• Excellent organization, communication, relationship-building, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States throughout employment.
• Visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future, including H-1B, TN, and other employment-based visas.
