Integration Project Manager (VSG UK)

What you will do

• Translate integration and value-creation theses into workstreams, milestones, dependencies, owners, and deliverables.
• Coordinate strategy and functional stakeholders to execute integration initiatives.
• Maintain integrated project plans, documentation, decision logs, and action tracking.
• Monitor milestones, KPIs, expected benefits, risks, blockers, and resource constraints.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for senior stakeholders and escalate issues with practical recommendations.
• Improve project-management tools, governance processes, reporting templates, and audit trails.

Requirements

• Approximately 2–4 years of experience in project management, strategy, consulting, business operations, integration, or a similar role.
• Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Ability to coordinate stakeholders without formal authority and communicate clearly with senior leaders.
• Proactive, dependable, and able to use sound judgement when resolving or escalating issues.
• Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.

Nice to have

• Experience with project-management tools.
• Exposure to post-merger integration, transformation, private equity, or value-creation programmes.
