OT Project Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead OT projects from initiation through completion, managing scope, timelines, budgets, quality, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Establish project governance, delivery methodologies, reporting structures, plans, roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across OT, cyber security, infrastructure, networking, and engineering.
• Manage resources, financial performance, third-party suppliers, contractors, and external delivery partners.
• Lead client meetings, workshops, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and communication of progress and key decisions.
• Support OT cyber security transformation, operational resilience, continuous improvement, and the transition of completed projects into operational service.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing projects in Operational Technology, industrial control systems, or critical infrastructure environments.
• Experience delivering complex technical projects or portfolios and coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Good understanding of OT environments, industrial systems, and associated operational challenges.
• Knowledge of OT cyber security standards and frameworks, including IEC 62443, OG86, and the NCSC Cyber Assessment Framework.
• Strong capabilities in project planning, governance, risk management, financial control, stakeholder management, and supplier coordination.
• Excellent communication, reporting, organisational, problem-solving, and client leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering OT or IT cyber security transformation, technology modernisation, or security maturity improvement programmes.
• Experience in the energy, utilities, industrial, or Critical National Infrastructure sectors.
