Bid Pricing Analyst - MCL

What you will do

• Lead and facilitate pricing proposal activities for new business and existing client accounts.
• Prepare bid pricing, test-level client pricing, bid analyses, analytic reports, and special pricing requests.
• Coordinate incoming bid proposals and determine pricing decisions for client accounts.
• Prepare and review reports, schedules, worksheets, and analyses to protect the integrity of financial and statistical data.
• Present pricing information to sales staff, internal departments, leadership, and other audiences.
• Provide pricing recommendations and implement solutions for complex, ambiguous, and highly visible projects.

Requirements

• Master's degree in business, healthcare, laboratory science, or finance plus three years of related experience, or bachelor's degree in one of these fields plus five years of experience.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with financial data, spreadsheets, and business analytics.
• Advanced ability to create, modify, and analyze spreadsheets; database skills are helpful.
• Business leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, written communication, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and build relationships with multidisciplinary teams.
• Visa sponsorship and F-1 STEM OPT extension participation are not available for this position. A two-year commitment is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, particularly laboratory environments.
• Experience with CPT codes, laboratory tests, costs, finance systems, and related applications.
