Senior Business Technical Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: Remote in Florida, United States; authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Salary: $87,700–$157,800 per year.

What you will do

• Develop ad hoc reports and conduct data analysis and validation.
• Analyze operational procedures, trends, requirements, and business problems.
• Recommend technical solutions and assess the financial impact of data and process issues.
• Design, program, implement, and document complex business applications and multiuser database solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert across requirements gathering, system analysis, technical design, programming, and documentation.
• Monitor project status, resolve complex issues, optimize performance, and guide staff on processes and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
• 4+ years of relevant programming experience with SAS, SQL, VB.NET, Oracle, or similar technologies.
• 3+ years of related business analysis experience.
• Experience with system analysis meetings, system design documents, project plans, and stakeholder alignment.
• A relevant license or certification is required; SAS certification is preferred.

Nice to have

• 1+ year of healthcare experience.
• 1+ year of ASP or ASP.NET experience.
• Master's degree in a related field such as Mathematics or Computer Science.
