Generalist, Human Resources

Location: Miramar, Florida, United States. Full-time on-site work is required at an hirify.global-designated worksite.

What you will do

• Partner with HR leadership and business leaders on employee relations, talent management, organizational effectiveness, and HR initiatives.
• Coach employees and managers on career development, growth opportunities, and professional development.
• Support employee relations investigations, documentation, workplace concern resolution, compensation analysis, organizational structuring, and retention initiatives.
• Facilitate performance management, succession planning, talent reviews, compensation planning, organizational design, and workforce planning processes.
• Manage employee lifecycle transactions and HR data changes, generate reports, and maintain accurate records through HR systems.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Finance, HR Operations, Legal, and other internal partners on HR programs and process improvements.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience supporting employee relations, performance management, talent processes, and HR operations.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook; experience with HRIS platforms including SAP.
• Ability to work full-time on-site at an hirify.global-designated worksite in Miramar, Florida.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Project management experience and the ability to independently drive initiatives to completion.
• Experience with change management, training, learning, and employee development programs.
