Product Marketing Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote in EMEA; working hours based on CET with flexibility of one to two hours either side

What you will do

• Develop and maintain product positioning, value propositions, and messaging.
• Create campaign and content assets across the customer lifecycle with Marketing.
• Build sales enablement materials that help commercial teams communicate value and win deals.
• Work with Product to understand the platform and with Sales to learn what resonates with buyers.
• Improve messaging and materials using feedback from Sales and the market.

Requirements

• Around 2–4 years of product marketing experience or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Experience in B2B fintech, particularly core banking, payments, or wallets.
• Understanding of the SaaS business model and how positioning supports adoption and revenue.
• Strong writing skills and the ability to make complex products clear and convincing.
• Examples of messaging, campaign content, or sales enablement materials created and implemented.

Nice to have

• Experience marketing cloud-based core banking software.
• Experience working with neobanks, digital banks, fintechs, or traditional banks in Asia or Africa.
