Senior Manager, Professional Services (EMEA)

Location: Hybrid role based in Solihull, West Midlands, United Kingdom, with regional and occasional international travel required.

What you will do

• Lead four Professional Services, Enterprise Services, and regional delivery teams across the EMEA business.
• Own regional Services commercial performance, including revenue, bookings, margin, utilization, retention, renewals, and expansion.
• Oversee enterprise software implementations, migrations, upgrades, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and delivery governance.
• Forecast demand, plan capacity, manage staffing, and improve delivery methodology, tooling, quality, and efficiency.
• Partner with Sales on scoping, pre-sales support, pricing, and statements of work.
• Build relationships with senior customers, strategic partners, vendors, and internal Product, Legal, Finance, and Development stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in professional services, technical services, or enterprise software delivery.
• At least 4 years in people leadership, including proven experience managing managers and multi-layer regional or distributed organizations.
• Experience owning Services P&L or equivalent commercial accountability for revenue, bookings, margin, and utilization.
• Experience leading enterprise software implementations, migrations, or managed services at scale; mobile device management or enterprise mobility experience is advantageous.
• Demonstrated success partnering with Sales on scoping, pre-sales, and statement-of-work definition.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

• Additional regional language skills.
