Account Executive - DACH (Conversational AI)

What you will do

• Acquire new enterprise customers across industries in the DACH region.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline through self-directed prospecting and collaboration with Business Development Representatives.
• Manage territory plans and complete sales cycles from account planning and discovery through contract negotiation and close.
• Lead consultative conversations with senior executives, develop business cases and ROI models, and support digital transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate RFP and RFI responses, prepare product demonstrations, and conduct customer meetings.
• Collaborate with BDRs, presales, marketing, product, finance, leadership, and partner channels while tracking activity in the CRM.

Requirements

• Proven experience in enterprise sales, preferably selling SaaS in the contact center or conversational AI space.
• Experience navigating sales cycles with management teams, including SVP and C-level stakeholders.
• Strong organization, prioritization, communication, and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to manage sales cycles independently while leveraging internal resources and partner channels.
• Fluent German and English.
• Ability to work remotely from Germany.
