Sr. Manager, Business Communications (PropTech)

Location: Remote within the United States; employees may live in any of the 50 states, with limited exceptions.

Base salary: $136,700–$218,300 annually in California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington, DC; $129,800–$207,400 annually in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Virginia. The role may also include equity awards.

What you will do

• Set the communications strategy, narrative, priorities, and messaging for hirify.global’s agent and broker businesses.
• Coordinate media relations, owned content, and events as a strategic project manager.
• Anticipate product and business developments and brief channel teams on upcoming communications needs.
• Develop messaging for complex or sensitive topics, support frontline training, and prepare leaders for internal communications.
• Identify executive visibility opportunities and coordinate their execution with the broader Communications team.
• Track project metrics and use results to improve planning and business decisions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of communications experience, including work with a technical, customer-facing business where product, legal, and policy intersect.
• Experience developing and owning communications strategy and guiding channel teams toward effective tactics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to turn complex product and business topics into clear narratives.
• Strong project management, prioritization, risk identification, stakeholder alignment, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to influence director-level stakeholders and deliver results through teams without direct authority.
• Familiarity with AI tools and sound judgment about where automation can support communications work.
