Location: Santa Clara, CA; Austin, TX; or Phoenix, AZ, United States. The role involves travel approximately 20% of the time and may require work in clean rooms and other hands-on environments.

Salary: $88,000–$121,000 per year

What you will do

• Define project and program objectives, outcomes, milestones, viability studies, and resource plans.
• Deliver assigned projects and programs according to product and process requirements, budgets, resource plans, and timelines.
• Document project, program, and process development and share relevant information across functional areas.
• Manage material and financial resources effectively while maximizing project productivity with cross-functional staff.
• Support compliance with company policies covering engineering and laboratory notebooks, patents, confidentiality, and safety.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3 years of experience delivering change management for complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Applied experience with Prosci methodology and ADKAR is required; Prosci certification is strongly preferred.
• Experience working in global, matrixed organizations with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complexity into clear, actionable messaging.
• Ability to influence without authority, build consensus, and partner across functions and regions.

• Experience supporting Field Service, Operations, or technically oriented organizations.
• Experience working in operational or field-facing environments.
• Experience contributing to shared frameworks, standards, or communities of practice.
• Comfort adapting change approaches to program maturity and regional context.
