Senior Product Designer (Human-Centered Design)

Salary: $112,710–$183,140 per year

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product design process from discovery and requirements definition through implementation and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Software teams, and stakeholders to identify customer needs and shape product strategy.
• Design user journeys, workflows, information architecture, interaction models, and visual interfaces for machines, applications, and connected experiences.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and detailed design specifications.
• Use customer research, usability testing, analytics, and feedback to validate and improve solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, contribute to design systems and accessibility standards, advocate for Human-Centered Design, and mentor designers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Professional experience in Product Design, User Experience Design, Human-Centered Design, or a related field.
• Experience owning products or experiences from discovery through delivery and translating customer needs into successful solutions.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, visual design, and the end-to-end product design process.
• Experience designing complex software, digital products, or connected systems and collaborating with Product Management, Engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Strong communication, facilitation, storytelling, presentation, and prototyping skills.

Nice to have

• Experience combining hardware and software experiences or designing Human Machine Interfaces.
• Experience with embedded systems, resource-constrained platforms, connected products, IoT platforms, or digital ecosystems.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, robotics, construction, mining, agriculture, or automotive products.
• Familiarity with design systems, scalable component libraries, accessibility standards, customer analytics, and Agile product development.
