What you will do

• Lead design and user experience for significant parts of our product; contribute to the design process from prioritization through launch
• Work directly with Product and Engineering leads to transform company strategy into prioritized initiatives in the roadmap
• Break down ambiguous problems and prioritize high-impact work
• Iterate on and evolve core products and experiences
• Collaborate with the design team to evolve product vision and design systems
• Help hire and mentor new design team members

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of tech/startup or digital product agency experience
• Demonstrated experience with end-to-end product design
• Strong understanding of UX principles and extraordinary visual design skills
• Experience with low and high-fidelity prototyping
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
